Manes
The Mane may be worn by male Wizards who have gained seventy-one or more Insights. The loosely fitting tunic and leggings are made of soft woven cloth and sometimes embroidered in contrasting color.
The Plain Mane is crafted by the Fae who lives deep in the Eastern Woodlands ((15-1)) with chicory, hyssop and paola nut. Two Aislings are required to buy it - one must be a tailor with a full day's labor and the other must be a Respected Citizen. They will also need five pairs of magic cordovan boots.
The Mileth variant is dyed with angelica, capsic bark and spirulina. The Suomi variant is dyed with hyssop, spirulina, capsic bark and paola nut. The Rucesion variant is dyed with angelica, hyssop, paola nut and capsic bark. The Loures variant is dyed with spirulina and capsic bark.
Loures dyes are available from the Piet higgler. Suomi dyes are available from the Suomi smith. Rucesion dyes are available from the Rucesion higgler. Mileth dyes are available from the Mileth higgler. The Oren Mane can be bought ready-made on Oren Island.
Dyeing a garment requires two Aislings: one with Tailoring ability and a second who is a respected citizen. All dyeing uses up an Aisling's limited time, and higher insight armors may require a full day's labor.
