Cowls
The Cowl may be worn by male Priests who have gained one or more Insights. The gray tunic and trousers are made of gray felt with a solid color cloth field between collar and sleeves.
The Plain Cowl is crafted by the Mundanes at the higgler in Mileth with spirulina, capsic bark and angelica. It costs 800 gold.
The Loures variant is dyed with spirulina, capsic bark and trigonelle. The Rucesion variant is dyed with spirulina, capsic bark and hyssop. The Mileth variant is dyed with spirulina, capsic bark and bittersweet. The Suomi variant is dyed with spirulina, capsic bark, hyssop and paola nut.
Loures dyes are available from the Piet higgler. Suomi dyes are available from the Suomi smith. Rucesion dyes are available from the Rucesion higgler. Mileth dyes are available from the Mileth higgler. The Oren Cowl can be bought ready-made on Oren Island.
Dyeing a garment requires two Aislings: one with Tailoring ability and a second who is a respected citizen. All dyeing uses up an Aisling's limited time, and higher insight armors may require a full day's labor.
